Our refund policy allows for a period of 14 days wherein a product can be returned or exchanged should the following conditions be met:

Any purchased products may not have been worn or used, and all packaging needs to be undamaged.

Due to hygiene reasons, if any hair extensions, wigs, weaves, wefts or braids that fall within the 14 day return period have been worn or used, they will not be eligible for an exchange or a refund. The original product packaging needs to be intact and not damaged in any way.

We can arrange couriers to collect the items from you so that the process may be quick and hassle free, however, you will be responsible for any courier fees.

Alternatively you can return your order at your nearest Seevivu store if you so prefer.

Should your exchange or refund meet the above conditions, then we will either dispatch your new product or refund you (minus any shipping fees) as soon as we receive your returned order.
